Dr Agkop Avakian is a specialist in gastroenterology.

He worked as a Consultant Gastroenterologist in Evgenidio Hospital at the 3rd Endoscopy Unit of the Capodistrian University Medical School in Athens, Greece.
He ultimately joined the Saudi German Hospital in 2015 as a specialist in gastroenterology. He worked as a specialist for 10 years.
He was promoted and made head of the Department of Gastroenterology in 2022 at the Saudi German Hospital in Dubai.
