Dr. Dogan Turan completed his graduation from the Istanbul Medical School in 1986.
After completing his compulsory military service, he founded Deniz Private Medical Center and Deniz Hair Transplant Center in 1999.
He also served in the Health Services for Borders and the Coastal Zone of Turkey of the Ministry of Health of Turkey as the Chief Surgeon from 2001 until 2005.
In 2005, he founded his own medical center - Karşıyaka Çesav, in his hometown of Izmir.
Dr. Turan moved to Istanbul in 2012, where he worked as a General Surgeon and Medical Director.
In 2018, along with Dr. Gokhan Gur, co-founded FUECAPILAR Clinic in Istanbul.
He employed a large team of medical staff who spoke German, French, Arabic, Russian, English, and Turkish to provide assistance to their International patients.
He often conducts training programs for medical specialists and doctors within Turkey and abroad.
