Qualifications

He completed his MCh in Surgical Oncology, Oncology, and Cancer Biology from the Tata Memorial Cancer Research Institute (TMC Mumbai) between 2012 and 2015. 

He was one of the youngest surgeons to successfully complete this program at the institute. During his time there, he managed outpatient and inpatient departments, operated independently as well as under supervision, and gained exposure to a wide variety of cancers.

He also published several papers and presentations in indexed journals, including those available at ASCO Publications

From 2009 to 2012, he pursued his MS in General Surgery at PGIMS Rohtak, where he secured the highest marks in the MS examination. 

He received his Bachelor of Medicine, and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Government Medical College, Nagpur, where he studied from 2002 to 2008.

He has received extensive training in treating recurrent cases with robotic surgery and HIPEC, as well as performing complex colorectal surgeries that preserve sphincters.
  • He has also had the opportunity to train in thoracic cancers, including complex chest wall mass resections and pediatric solid tumor resections.
  • To date, he has performed more than 3,000 cancer surgeries, including various complex procedures. He is an oncologist and onco-surgeon based in Ahmedabad.
