He also has a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiovascular Surgery at Children’s Hospital, Boston, USA (affiliated with Harvard Medical School).

Dr. Sharma is skilled in advanced congenital heart surgeries including Surgery for Transposition of the Great Arteries (d-TGA, CCTGA), and retraining the regressed left ventricle Double Switch Operation.

He is also skilled in biventricular repair for complex congenital heart disease, avoiding Fontan circulation whenever possible.
