Dr Loh graduated from the National University of Singapore, Faculty of Medicine in 1997
She was on the Dean’s List in her first and final professional examinations during her graduation.
She obtained her Membership in the Royal College of Physicians (UK) in 2001.
She completed her speciality training in haematology at Singapore General Hospital in 2005.
In 2005, she was accorded a Fellowship in the Academy of Medicine, Chapter of Haematology.
In 2006 she was awarded the Singhealth Health Manpower Development Award to pursue training at Northwestern University in Chicago.
She was the principal investigator of several acute leukaemia and transplant studies and was actively involved in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
She was a clinical lecturer at the YLL School of Medicine from 2009 to 2012.
Dr Yvonne Loh was a Senior Consultant (Department of Haematology), Medical Director of the Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Programme and Director of the Acute Leukemia Service, at the Singapore General Hospital (SGH).
She later became a part of the Asian American Blood & Marrow Transplant Centre.
