You can create your personal patient profile on yapitahealth.com, access your stored data, update your information, or delete your account at any time. Once your data is deleted, we no longer retain it.

We provide regular updates regarding your medical opinions, treatment plans, and travel arrangements through email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your data or use it for purposes outside the services we offer.

3. How Your Data Is Used

The data we store is used strictly for providing Yapita Health services:

1) Medical Second Opinion

We securely process and encrypt your medical information before sharing it with network hospitals to obtain expert opinions. Once received, we send the opinion via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

After you confirm your treatment choice, your details are shared with the chosen hospital. We may later request feedback to improve our services.

2) Travel & VISA Assistance

We request your travel documents to coordinate VISA-related procedures with hospitals. We also record travel preferences (hotel, forex, cab services) to ensure smooth assistance. Travel data is periodically deleted after service completion.

By registering on Yapita Health, submitting your phone number, or using our services,you explicitly consent to receiving communication from Yapita Health via SMS, WhatsApp, and Email.
