Ground Support & Patient Assistance

Yapita Health Pvt. Ltd. operates under the Companies Act, 2013 and follows applicable healthcare, privacy, and data-protection standards.
Use of Yapita Health services is open to all individuals. Access requires user registration and creation of a personal account (“Account”).
Each user may create only one account.
Registration requires providing details such as email address, phone number, and basic information.
Activation requires clicking the verification link sent to your email and setting your password.
We collect your personal and medical information, process it securely, and share encrypted data with partner hospitals to obtain expert medical opinions. Once received, we share the opinion with you via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, along with suitable treatment options.
After you confirm your hospital, we request relevant travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) to process your medical VISA letter through our partner hospitals. We also document your preferences for forex, hotel stay, and transportation.
All travel-related data is periodically deleted after services are completed.
We arrange online consultations through third-party applications. Some consultations may be chargeable depending on the doctor and hospital.
Users may refer other patients through support@yapitahealth.com.
Referral bonuses are credited within 60 days of the referred patient’s discharge and vary based on case complexity.
We charge for services such as medical opinions and consultations. Fees vary depending on hospital and country of origin.
For travel-related services, we connect users to external partners offering competitive pricing.
Full refunds are available only before availing services. No refunds after service utilization.
Refunds for partner services depend on provider policies; we assist users in the process.
We collect personal data, medical reports, and preferences to help you find appropriate healthcare options.
Access or modify your data anytime. Delete your account to permanently erase all data. You may unsubscribe from SMS, WhatsApp, and email updates anytime.
