Before Surgery

Comprehensive evaluation: X-rays, MRI, psychological assessment.

Pre-op instructions: Stop smoking, adjust medications, fasting.
During Surgery (3–4 Hours)

Osteotomy: The bone is carefully cut.

Device placement: External fixator or internal nail is installed.
