Dr Carol Coughlan is a specialist in IVF treatment.

In the year 1997, she graduated from the University College Cork with a degree in MB. BCh. BAO with Honours.

In 2009, she earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education (PGCME) from Dundee University in Scotland.

In 2013, she earned a Medical Doctorate in Reproductive Medicine from the University of Sheffield.

In 2013, she became a Subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists.

She received a certificate of Satisfactory Completion of Specialist Training in 2013.

In 2015 she became a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRCOG).

She was also a clinical research fellow of reproductive medicine at the University of Sheffield.

She was a clinical director at the National Oncofertility Centre at Rotunda Hospital named Rotunda IVF in Dublin, Ireland.

She has also served as a consultant gynaecologist at the Bourn Hall Fertility Clinic in Dubai.

Currently, she serves as a medical director at the ART Fertility Clinic in Dubai.
