Dr. Pillai has completed his MBBS from MGIMS Sevagram Wardha in 1973, MD from Seth G S Medical College, Mumbai in 1978, and DM - Cardiology from K E M Hospital in 1982.
He has been awarded first prize as Interventional Cardiologist at BARD international Best Case Contest where he trained in complex coronary interventions for 3 months.
His expertise lies in Stress Echocardiography, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Catheterisation, Fetal Echocardiography, Carotid Artery Disease, etc.
With his creative approach, he went on to write various articles and publications on Interventional Cardiology.
