The Puettlingen Hospital in Germany and the Prince Charles Hospital in Brisbane have also awarded him fellowship.

Dr. Mahajan has done over 18,000 joint replacement surgeries, including over 1500 robotic joint replacement and 36,000+ orthopedic surgeries.

He is the first doctor in India who has used the Triathlon Knee Replacement System.
