Dr. Ergin Er got an MD degree from Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Turkey, in 1992.

Then, he finished his internship in 1993 at the same academy.

Then, in 1994, he completed the Advanced emergency medicine course from there as well.

In 2001, Dr. Er completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery, too.

Then, in 2001, he completed a Microsurgery course at Gülhane Military Medical Academy, Ankara.

He also attended a facial surgery workshop in New York at the Manhattan ENT center in 2002.

Later, in 2004, Dr. Er completed his postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Associated with Anatomica hospital as a plastic surgeon between 2012 and 2017.
- He is currently associated with Istanbul Aesthetic Center as a plastic surgeon.
- He is well-known for rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, breast lift, breast implant removal, among other cosmetic surgeries.

Lastly, in 2004, he completed the Klein tumescent Liposuction Course in an Orange County city, California.
