  • Completed her training in Ophthalmology (April 2006) with her thesis titled 'Apoptosis in the retina and optic nerve in the endothelin-1 ischemia model and the neuroprotective effect of brimonidine'.

  • Completed service in Kizilcahamam (2006-2008).

  • Gained medical experience and posted as a Clinical Observer with Prof. Dr. Robert Ritch in the New York Ear and Eye Infirmary, Glaucoma Department (2009-2010).

  • Completed Ophthalmology residency in 2010.

  • Serviced in the Glaucoma unit of the University of Wisconsin Medical School, Ophthalmology Clinic, Wisconsin, USA.
